The seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong confessed to have used performance enhancing drugs. In an interview with Oprah Winfrey, Lance Armstrong says he regrets fighting the USDA, when the agency claimed he had doped. In his words "i was a bully" for retaliating when accused of making use of performance enhancing drugs. He further explained that he will spend the rest of his life trying to earn back trust and apologize to everyone.
